Dan Reed Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Director of Dining Services, Dan Reed, as the recipient of the 2024 RidgeCrest Supernova Award. Dan makes our full-service dining program the best restaurant in town through his leadership and supervision of the culinary team, his commitment to the quality and diversity of food, and his adherence to local and state regulatory standards.

Dan has been in the culinary industry for over 35 years and has spent the last nine years working with Senior Living Communities. Throughout his career, he has learned that one’s work is guided by the heart. This belief connects him with his team and our Members, fostering a sense of empathy and understanding in his professional relationships.
